How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address or mobile number registered on your Riva account.
2. We send a 6-digit verification code to that email address, or to that number on WhatsApp.
3. Enter the code below to confirm. Your account is then deleted right away — no waiting period.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and gender.
• Your sign-in access: you can no longer sign in, and every app session on every device is signed out immediately.
• Your notification registrations: Riva stops sending notifications to your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

• Booking and payment records (booking dates, amounts, invoice and refund records) are kept by Riva and by the property owner. They are business and accounting records of a completed transaction, and are retained for the period required by the applicable accounting, tax and consumer-protection regulations, and to settle any refund, chargeback or dispute.
• Reviews you posted about properties stay on the property page, no longer linked to your name.
